The Story

Houston entered the USFL as an expansion franchise for the 1984 season and finished the regular season with the best record in the Western conference. The Gamblers made playoff appearances in each of their two seasons, but were plagued by poor attendance and financial problems in 1985. It was announced the team would be sold off when the leagued decided to move to a fall schedule for 1986 - a move that would certainly doom a franchise in Houston who would have to compete with the NFL's Oilers.

Crafted with the intention of being the softest shirt in your lineup, our signature tees are made with premium airlume (for softness) and ringspun (for durability) cotton combined with poly and rayon to make the perfect tee👌 that wears and feels like a well-worn favorite. Our garments are printed with inks that actually blend into the fabric giving it more character and true vintage look with every wash.
