The Story
The Caribous of Colorado played at Mile High Stadium in 1978 before eventually folding that same year. Even though The Caribous of Colorado were a strong team in the 1978 NASL season, it wasn't enough to keep the brown and black in Denver. With players like Arnie Mausser & George Lamptey donning the brown and black in Denver, The Caribous of Colorado should have been able to fill seats. The reality however what much different and with low attendance, The Caribous of Colorado soon folded and became no more.
