The Story

Originally named the Eastern Pennsylvania Basketball League, the Continental Basketball Association was founded on April 23, 1946. It billed itself as the "World's Oldest Professional Basketball League"with its founding pre-dated the NBA by two months. For most of its history, the league was a weekends-only minor league active in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and a few others neighboring states. But in 1978 the league re-branded and expanded nationwide, placing teams as far away as Anchorage and Honolulu.

The CBA experienced moderate successes with TV deals, promotions, mergers and its overall good competitive relationship with the NBA and ABA until it officially folded in 2009.

Crafted with the intention of being the softest shirt in your lineup, our signature tees are made with premium airlume (for softness) and ringspun (for durability) cotton combined with poly to make the perfect tee👌 that wears and feels like a well-worn favorite. Our garments are printed with inks that actually blend into the fabric giving it more character and true vintage look with every wash.
