We're channeling the spirit of '76...1976 that is. Our '76 tee is based on the sweaters of the long forgotten USA hockey team that competed in the inaugural Canada Cup tournament of 1976. After Team USA failed to make the medal round and finished in second-to-last place, the team quickly faded to an insignificant memory in USA hockey history as was common with America's sub par teams between 1960 and 1980. Perhaps due to Team USA's failure in the tournament, this unique and (in our humble opinion) beautiful eagle crest uniform was unfortunately never used again.
Emblazoned with the eagle crest of the 1976 team, this tee was crafted with the intention of being the softest shirt in your lineup. Made with a blend of fabrics including high quality combed and ring spun cotton, our tee is cut for a modern fit and printed with water-based inks that actually blend into the fabrics giving it more character with every wash.
