1972 Prefontaine USA Olympic Tee

Streaker Sports

The Story

A legendary runner at the University of Oregon, Prefontaine competed for the USA in the 1972 Olympics where he set the record in the 5000m eventhough he came into the Games as a major underdog. Prefontaine was a cultural icon and often credited with influencing the 'running boom' of the 1970s.

Our '72 Prefontaine tee was crafted with the intention of being the softest shirt in your lineup. Made from high quality combed and ring spun cotton, our tee is cut for a modern fit and printed with water-based inks that actually blend into the fabrics giving it more character with every wash.
