The Story

The ABA's Denver Rockets played in the Denver Auditorium Arena from 1967-1974 before making the move to the brand new McNichols Arena for the 1975 season. Playing at their new arena, the Nuggets edged the reigning champion Kentucky Colonels to make the '76 ABA Finals for the first time, eventually losing to the New York Nets. In preparation for the 1976 ABA and NBA Merger, the team renamed to the Denver Nuggets as the NBA already had a Rockets in Houston.

Crafted with the intention of being the softest shirt in your lineup, our signature tees are made with premium airlume (for softness) and ringspun (for durability) cotton combined with poly to make the perfect tee👌 that wears and feels like a well-worn favorite. Our garments are printed with inks that actually blend into the fabric giving it more character and true vintage look with every wash.
